“I used the Banff Airporter®, what a treat, timely , great driver…made sure everyone was aware he would stop for bathroom break at designated spots along the way, here’s the kicker, on return to Calgary I was to take the Airporter back to Banff, I had bought the very reasonable cancellation insurance.. When we landed I could catch a ride out to banff so I just left my ticket at the banff airporter counter, as the person was on break… I left a note saying I would not be on the shuttle as I caught a ride, well a few days later I am going thru my visa bills , and there I see they credited me back the cost of the trip without me asking…really ! This should tell you they are a diamond class company”
